Executive Administrative Assistant/Paralegal Law firm is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to join their elite team. This role provides effective administrative support to the firm's staff and Partners and is critical to the success of the firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, exceptional client relationship skills, proficiency in all MS Office tools, and a willingness to become a notary. Previous experience in corporate/business law and a paralegal certificate is desired but not required. Job Responsibilities: Communicating and providing necessary information to clients and staff Managing multiple calendars in a fast-paced environment Assembling client facing materials Providing effective administrative support to partners and associates Maintaining and organizing large open client database Maintaining a welcoming lobby and conducting signing appointments General office administration Ensuring a well-functioning office that is equipped to deliver a five star client experience Job Requirements: 2+ years of directly relevant work experience Willingness to become a notary Strong computer experience (MS Office Suite etc.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Exceptional time management skills (prioritize multiple responsibilities, problem solve, provide accurate and timely work) Unwavering commitment to teamwork and delivering a five star client experience Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of directly relevant work experience College degree or equivalent experience Knowledge and experience in corporate/business law (LLCs, partnerships, corporations) Paralegal certificate and/or training Notary Compensation: $25-$35 per hour Law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to join their team.
