Workers Compensation & Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate Should have extensive experience in providing support on all phases of the workers compensation process and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents. Communications with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, workers compensation adjusters/ offices, court personnel, and experts. Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other discovery materials. Formal Hearing/Trial preparation, including electronic presentations and assisting with depositions. Assist attorneys at hearings and/or trial with electronic presentations, coordinating witnesses and managing trial exhibits. Manage electronic databases. Assist with document productions. Internet research. Electronic filing with state courts/workers compensation offices and Social Security. Performs other related duties as required by management. Must have 2 years of Litigation Experience **REQUIRED** (Workers Compensation or Personal injury). Paralegal certificate and/or college degree is required.
