Accurately record and maintain billable hours. Requirements: Experience in defense civil litigation, construction defect litigation (preferred) and management of high-volume of cases. Experience reviewing medical and technical records preferred. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Works well in a fast-paced environment. Legal Research (Lexis, Westlaw) proficiency preferred. Knowledge of Connecticut State Court System and Federal E-filing procedures. Must be familiar with all aspects of liability and defense litigation, Construction defect litigation is preferred as well.
