Corporate Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years' corporate regulatory and/or transactional experience, including: corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions, Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor, Admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly), Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills, Experience representing healthcare providers, Expertise with antitrust, fraud and abuse, insurance, managed care, or other distinct transactional experience, Corporate compliance and governance, healthcare regulatory experience, Familiar with accounting and finance are required.
