Estate Planning and/or Probate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for working directly with clients and other counsel. This will be a new position and will focus on either estate planning or probate, depending on the skills, knowledge and experience of the applicant. Knowledge of both areas of the law is a bonus, but not required. We are looking for a candidate that is familiar with CT laws and practice, and can be productive with minimal training. Should have 2+ years estate planning and/or probate legal experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Experience managing a full case load.
