Paralegal - Probate The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the attorneys with the handling of probate, guardianship, estates and wills cases to include researching statues, drafting pleadings and correspondence. Will be filing documents with courts, bureau, etc. as requested. Should have 5+ years experience in Probate strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to multi-task.. MS Officeis required.
