Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of plaintiff pre-litigation personal injury cases. Will ensure each injured claimant receives the benefits they deserve and guides them through the events and processes of their case. Handle cases from inception to settlement or the initiation of litigation. Evaluate the merits of each personal injury case. Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Gather medical evidence and records and perform legal research. Manage a team directly to build, negotiate, and settle cases. Build number of incoming clientele. Must have Juris Doctor Degree. Must be Licensed Member of Nevada State Bar and in good standing. Must have personal Injury case work experience. Must have knowledge of personal injury laws and procedures. Must have knowledge of law firm policies and procedures. Must have experience managing staff and leading projects. Must have oral and written communication skills. Must have research, analytical, and negotiation skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms. Must have ability to handle large caseloads and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
