Entry Level FDCPA Paralegal The candidate to join FDCPA Litigation team. Will be responsible for documenting evidence for attorney review prior to filing and assisting clients seeking relief from creditors violating various consumer rights, including to, the fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. The position includes to, the following tasks: Extensive client contact via phone; Detail-oriented documentation of phone calls, credit reports, case notes, transcripts, and other communications or documents; Case management; Assisting attorneys swiftly and as needed; Identifying potential violations for attorney review. Should have active listening skills. Must have Associate's degree or higher (or at least 2 years' experience in a comparable position).
