Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: assistance with matters such as identifying and marshaling assets, preparing probate petitions, maintaining a calendar system of court and other deadlines, maintaining financial records of the estate, preparing inventories and accountings and fulfilling many other functions throughout the probate process. Responsibilities may also include assistance with the preparation of trust accountings, estate and gift tax returns, and income and fiduciary returns. Client contact is to be expected. Applicants should have experience with respect to preparing estate planning, estate administration and probate instruments. All candidates must have either a Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program. Candidates should possess organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must have proficient and accurate knowledge of computers and MS Office Suite, including Outlook. Must possess excellent oral and written skills, attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities and the desire to work hard both independently and as part of a team.
