Associate Patent Attorney The candidate will handle patent prosecution in addition to some litigation and transactional matters. Prepare patent applications for filing with the USPTO. Prosecute patent applications. Draft IP related documents. Interact with firm personnel, clients and foreign counsel. Litigation support - evidence and document management. Legal research. Prepare some first drafts for motions, discovery, briefs. Must be registered with the USPTO. 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution as well as drafting patent applications (minimum 20 applications) is a must. Familiarity with domestic and foreign requirements is crucial.
