Immigration Attorney The candidate will appear on behalf of clients at immigration hearings, adjustment interviews and naturalization interviews as well as asylum interviews and ICE checkins. Will prepare clients for court or interviews. Follow up with clients to advise documents needed to complete cases. Follow court deadlines. Perform initial intake on cases. Write briefs and applications and appeals. Prepare and file nonimmigrant visas to include E, O, L, H and green card cases. Prepare and file provisional waivers and motions to reopen. Must have 2 years of experience and know the immigration laws well. Should be admitted to any Bar.
