Bilingual Associate Immigration Attorney The ideal candidate will be able to conduct initial client screenings, identify legal issues, and determine legal strategy independently. Will attend USCIS interviews with clients. Will be problem solvers who enjoy collaboration and teamwork. Will handle family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, and employment. Requirements: Member of a state bar in good standing (North Carolina preferred). 2 years of experience in immigration matters. Must be bright, meticulous, creative, and have a positive disposition. Should have a passion for writing and be able to effectively communicate with both clients and government entities. Must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, as well as review work performed by paralegals in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills are critical.
