Immigration Attorney/Partner The candidate must have passion and experience in defending immigrants facing deportation for criminal and civil immigration violations, helping asylum seekers find refuge from persecution, and assisting legal residents with criminal and immigration problems obtain U.S. Will be assisting immigrant crime victims and survivors of domestic violence in obtaining legal status. Will primarily represent clients before the Immigration Courts and BIA in removal defense, all applications for immigration relief, criminal removal matters, custody and bond hearings, and contested removal cases. The candidate must have fluency in English AND Spanish. Should have member in good standing of bar of U.S. State. Must have law degree from an accredited law school. Must have minimum 1 year of experience in immigration court practice (removal defense, appeals, etc.). should have outstanding interpersonal and advocacy skills, both oral and written. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta area. Must have reliable transportation
