Legal Secretary / Receptionist The candidate looking for a talented Legal Secretary / Receptionist to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. While phones, mail, scheduling client intakes and front desk duties will be the primary focus of the position, we are also interested in training the right candidate to take on paralegal responsibilities over time with commensurate increases in compensation. Answer Phones in a professional and courteous manner. Greet clients and guests. Process mail and deliveries. Enter client information into Case Management Software. Direct clients to appropriate party upon initial contact. Learn the various legal processes and develop skills to be a significant contributor to the workings of the firm; Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus. Proficiency in English. Outstanding time-management and typing skills. Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people. Microsoft Office Suite Experience necessary. Adobe Acrobat DC experience a plus. Courtnet and Pacer experience a plus.
