Trial Paralegal The candidate will work under the supervision of attorneys during all phases of the civil litigation process. Document review. Medical Records. SS Records. Bankruptcy records. Deposition notices, etc. Document procurement. Medical Records. SS records. Bankruptcy trust claims, etc. Case organization. Research. For YP s or CDs. Information on business/people. Juror investigations. Discovery. Trial preparation. Calendar and track discovery, pleadings, motions and hearing deliverables. Analyze document production. Work with attorney in preparation for depositions. Index, analyze and summarize discovery documents. Coordinate trial logistics. Gather and organize data for settlements and appeals. Prepare trial exhibits, witnesses and files during trial. Maintain detailed notes for attorney during trial. Serve as liaison during trial. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Certificate in paralegal studies, or a sufficient number of years working as a paralegal previously. A science background and a paralegal certificate are preferred. Ability to give attention to detail, perform multiple tasks together and work effectively with other members. Strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft products.
