Patent Attorney or Agent in Organic Chemistry - Multiple Offices The candidate will have 2+ years, and preferably 3- 6 years, of experience as an attorney or agent drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and life sciences, particularly in the pharmaceutical and agricultural sciences, as well as occasionally preparing invalidity, infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses. An advanced degree in chemistry, preferably organic chemistry, is preferred. Should have with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience and familiarity with drug development are particularly encouraged to apply. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and attorney must be admitted to a state bar.
