Paralegal Department Coordinator Duties: Review and approve weekly paralegal timecards, make necessary changes under supervision of the Paralegal Managers, approve PTO requests, and keep PTO calendar up to date. Coordinate various aspects of the Paralegal recruiting process, including but not limited to, posting positions, setting up interviews, and conducting due diligence. Prepare offer letters. Prepare New Hire folders and onboarding binder for orientation. Update all Paralegal Department spreadsheets with new hire information. Set up and assemble materials for Paralegal Department meetings. Assist with the monthly Paralegal newsletter. Assist with the coordination, submission and tracking of Department surveys. Track all Paralegal Department expenditures and assist with processing through Chrome River. Make travel arrangements for the Paralegal Managers and provide other administrative support to the Department. Draft e-mails and other documents independently and on behalf of the Paralegal Managers. Assist with creating, editing, proofreading, maintaining and/or revising documents as needed, including but not limited to the use of Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint. Coordinate various aspects of the Paralegal Evaluation process, including but not limited to, copy and distribute forms, track progress and schedule evaluation meetings. Coordination and demonstrated expertise in internal software program for conducting internal surveys and performance evaluations. Provide support to the Chief Growth Officer on special projects. Other special projects as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred. 2 - 4 years A? relevant experience required, preferably in a professional services environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook. Conduct all business in a confidential manner. Excellent client and customer services skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to deliver superior service to all internal and external customers and communicate effectively. Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients and employees at all times; professional appearance required. Ability to successfully perform position requirements with excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands. Ability to produce acceptable amount of work efficiently and accurately; ability to produce quality final work product. High level of professional integrity required; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
