Intake Attorney / Analyst The candidate will join firm that handles wrongful death and personal injury claims - motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall, and dog bite incidents. Speaks with potential clients, typically by phone and occasionally in-person, to gather the necessary information to evaluate potential cases. Interacts with individuals from different internal departments and other law firms in furtherance of their duties. Works closely with the Intake Supervisor and is a leader in the Intake Department contributing to the smooth operation of the department - often answer questions from the Intake staff. Must have experience with personal injury/insurance claims and be able to differentiate between viable and non-viable claims. Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
