Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate duties include: Communication with clients, adjusters and medical providers. Be an effective liaison between the Firm's attorneys and clients by explaining the process, timelines and reasonable expectations working as a team with attorneys and co-worker. Manage assigned cases through the pre-litigation process. Prepare and send initial demand packages using firm guidelines. Meet with client and attorney to sign final closing documents. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Must have Knowledge of auto insurance coverage to include: PIP, BI and UM. Spanish is desired.
