Toxic Tort Attorney The candidate will take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team. Manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have litigation experience. JD from an accredited law school required. Admitted to practice in the state of California required. 3+ years of defense litigation experience required. Toxic tort, product liability, and/or catastrophic injury experience preferred. Superior analytical skills required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
