Immigration Attorney The candidate will handle family-based immigration and/or removal defense cases out of office. Prior 1 year of immigration experience and Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Must have some experience in family-based cases such as adjustment of status, consular process, waivers, and/or removal defense experience such as bond, asylum, and cancellation of removal hearing. Must be motivated, hard-working attorney, with excellent communication and organization skills, and a passion for helping immigrants.
