Part-time Family Law / Matrimonial Law Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the Supreme Court or Family Court. Should have experience drafting matrimonial pendente lite motions. Should also have experience working with sworn statements of net worth. Must bill at least 80% of time worked each week. Note: The attorney would work 28 hours per week - 3 days per week (hybrid - home and office) for the first six (6) months of employment, with the potential opportunity of going full time after a six (6) month review.
