Immigration Attorney Candidate will prepare and file immigration petitions with focus on Family-based AND/OR Business-based petitions. Prepare and attend an interview at the USCIS, represent in cases of Court, Detainees, Parole, Bond. Perform legal research as needed. Must have: Preferred experience with U-1, NIW's, I-601A Waivers, Asylum, Consular/NVC Process, PERMS, H-1B's, L-1, E-2, O-1. Experienced drafting supporting letters and forms, manage client communications, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward. Must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently; prioritize work load in an extremely time-sensitive field of law; meet strict deadlines; be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to edit carefully; provide outstanding client service; flexible and adaptable to fast-paced setting; organized; self-motivated with strong initiative; possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent written communication skills.
