Attorney Recruiting Manager Duties: The candidate will manage the daily attorney recruiting operations for the Firm. Draft job descriptions in collaboration with practice groups. Identify recruiting needs and potential for open positions. Interface with external recruiters for lateral associate and patent agent candidates. Proactively respond to attorney recruiting inquiries from recruiters, practice groups, firm leadership, and delegate assignments appropriately. Support Director of Attorney Recruiting as needed. Review offer letters. Liaise with the recruiting committee and practice group leaders and directors. Manage recruiting policies and programs to ensure information is up to date, aligns with best practices and Firm strategy. Manage recruiting data. Train interviewers on interview best practices. Stay up to date on recruiting best practices and market trends for process improvement to create new and innovative recruiting strategies and programs. Promote a diverse and inclusive recruiting process to ensure all candidates have a positive experience that aligns with Firm values. Qualifications: The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree required. 4+ years of experience independently managing recruiting processes required. Previous experience recruiting attorneys preferred. Knowledgeable of recruiting best practices and seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement. Interest in learning about the legal profession, law firms, and attorney development. Motivated to expand skill set and develop additional areas of expertise. Ability to research and analyze various types of data. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse group of people. Team-oriented and collaborative mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a drive to connect with colleagues and clients to understand department and position requirements. Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity as appropriate to each situation and demonstrate a high degree of diplomacy. Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously with little direction. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to complete all essential job duties. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.
