Pipeline & LNG Regulatory Associate Attorney The candidates must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with an existing, collegial team of attorneys. This position is located in the Washington D.C. office, however remote working options may be available. Preferred: Solid, well-rounded foundational knowledge of regulatory policies under the Natural Gas Act, Interstate Commerce Act, and other federal energy laws. Knowledge of the pipeline industry and FERC policies involving pipelines and LNG facilities; Previous subject matter or industry experience is necessary; Excellent analytical and writing skills, including the ability to write for different audiences (i.e., memoranda, talking points, briefs, industry alerts, etc.). Should have strong interpersonal skills for effective internal and client communications; Experience on PHMSA or pipeline safety matters is a plus and should be noted in submissions of interest.
