Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate duties include: All phases of the pre-litigation investigation. Preparing demands for settlements and mediation packages. Propounding and preparing answers to discovery. Document organization. Review and analysis of documents. Drafting external correspondences. Working independently within the attorney directives. Managing and distributing incoming mail. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably at a law firm. Must also possess excellent writing, legal research, communication, and organizational skills. Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word; legal software a plus.
