Must have 3+ years of previous experience within law and motion. Should be a self-starter that will manage a large caseload as part of a team with some initial training. Experience with arguing motions, motions to strike, motions to compel initial responses, motions to compel further responses, motions to consolidate, motions to dismiss, motions to amend, motions to vacate, etc. Familiarity with the standard practices, rules, and procedures of California.
