Workers Compensation/Personal Injury/Mass Tort Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and be committed to serving our clients and working in the legal field. Persona Injury, Workers Compensation and/or Mass Tort experience needed. Duties include, but are not limited to: Monthly case reviews; Requesting medical records and bills; In-depth analysis of medical records and bills; Negotiating lien reductions; Drafting demands; Fostering and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication; Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters. Should have confidence on the phone. Must have exceptional communication skills. Must have minimum of 1 year of office work experience. Accurate typing speed of 45 wpm required. Spanish Fluency a plus.
