Plaintiff Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will involve all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking/defending liability and expert depositions. Will handle cases throughout all stages of litigation. Some cases will act as second chair and expected to have case presentations ready for trial, handle experts, witnesses, exhibits and technical issues that arise during trial. Must have experience in Personal Injury Litigation. Should have pre-litigation and litigation experience. Candidate must have excellent writing skills, be well organized and detail oriented. Trial experience is preferred. Must have experience with experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, biomechanical engineering, neurosurgeons, treating and expert doctors, life care planners, economists, vocational rehabilitation and more.
