Junior to Mid-Level Attorney - Trial & Appellate Group The candidate as an associate in Trial & Appellate Group, will receive hands-on training and mentoring from our directors, who are committed to providing new associates with meaningful opportunities and experiences. Should have excellent academic credentials. Undergraduate degree in a STEM major preferred. Must have 2-3 years of intellectual property litigation experience. District Court or Court of Appeals clerkship experience preferred. Additionally, the candidate must have obtained a JD degree from an accredited law school and be actively licensed as an attorney in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction. If not currently licensed in D.C., applicant must be eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar, or be willing and eligible to sit for the D.C. Bar exam. Patent bar preferred.
