Temporary E-Discovery Project Attorney The candidate will assist the firms Pittsburgh, PA-based Records & E-Discovery Team with discovery projects using various litigation software tools. Conduct reviews for responsiveness, privilege and key issue content. Should have Juries Doctor Degree. Should have license to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Washington DC, New Jersey or Delaware. Should have large law firm experience. Experience with a variety of different litigation support tools (such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommend, etc.)is preferred. Electronic document review experience is preferred. Should have fluency in German. Strong verbal and written communications skills are needed. Proficient in MS suite of software including Outlook, Word, Power-Point and Excel are plus. Foreign language proficiency is plus.
