Civil Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense) The candidate must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients. Should have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation/insurance defense. Must have significant litigation experience in general liability and bodily injury. Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be able to handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision. Must be currently licensed to practice law in NV, additional licensure in other States a plus.
