Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution. Will conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports. Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients. Negotiate settlements. Should have 3+ years of experience. Must have excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are needed. Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Must have prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience. Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
