Employment Attorney The candidate will be responsible to work with the other attorney's, team members, on legal tasks. Must be able to go to court and or depositions. Communicate with clients for updates. Able to draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, MPA's, etc. Should have a license to practice law in California State and Federal Courts. Must have 1+ years of litigation experience. Must have research, writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
