Paralegal The candidate will research and analyze updated immigration policies; proofread and draft cover letters, immigration forms, and client declarations; prepare discovery responses, review objections, and request documents from clients, and coordinate client meetings. Will also conduct research, document searches, and other factual research; update and maintain internal case management software; organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation; prepare and file all court documents and call USCIS and deportation officers to follow up on requests and case status.
The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's Degree. Must have 5+ years of experience. Should preferably have 3+ experience in working MS Office. Should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interviewing skills; excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of a variety of computer applications. Proficiency in legal, case management software is necessary. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
