International Privacy Attorney The candidate must have at least 3 full years of experience advising on both U.S. and EU privacy and data protection matters. Candidates must have the equivalent of three full years of experience advising on both U.S. and EU and privacy and data protection compliance, including the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. For example, a candidate who has been practicing for four years but who spent only 1/3 of that time on U.S. and EU privacy and data protection compliance would not qualify for this position. Candidates should write and communicate well, be able to think strategically and assess risks, and be comfortable working under tight deadlines that clients sometimes impose. Should demonstrate the ability to independently manage projects, interact with clients, and work effectively as a team member.
