Immigration Paralegal - USCIS The candidate will participate in all aspects of the cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation and filing of applications and petitions. Prepare immigration applications for filing with USCIS, including I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, I-290B, etc.. Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review. Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service. Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management systems, including CLIO and Airtable. Make regular updates to the case management systems, including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. Complete assignments and communicate case status to the Legal Supervisor. Should have 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience. Experience with Case Management Software is required. Knowledge of USCIS filings, such as I-130, I-485, VAWA, N-400, N-600, I-131, TPS Renewal, I-589, I-765, I-929, I-290B, and I-601 is required. Spanish skills are preferred.
