Personal Injury / Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage, supervise and run our personal injury/civil litigation practice. Will handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). Will assist with depositions for workers' compensation department. Will develop our personal injury and civil litigation practice. Should have 2+ years of experience. Trial experience or employment law experience will be plus. Must have experience handling civil litigation files and be able to do so with little or no supervision. Should have ability to bring in cases is essential. Organized and high attention detail is required. Should be self starter and able to work with limited supervision. Should be friendly, professional and flexible. Proficient in Microsoft Office is needed. Bar is required.
