Family Law Contract Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Must be licensed to practice law in California. Should be proficient in DissoMaster, WestLaw, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Clio, Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Blue Jeans. Excellent research skills are required. Must be comfortable with numerous research means (West Law, Attorney's Briefcase, Google). Should possess excellent writing skills and be able to draft motions, pleadings, letters, memos, discovery demands and responses, meet and confer letters, settlement offers. Should have the ability to manage the cases, filing and discovery deadlines and client communications efficiently.
