Title : Immigration Attorney

Immigration Attorney Candidate will work closely with the lead attorney, legal staff, and clients and exercise a high degree of competence and administrative ability. Represent individuals in removal proceedings before the immigration court. Prepare and review Immigration Petitions / Applications. Attend appointments at the immigration service (USCIS). Review and process incoming documents. Correspond with clients. Write and edit documents / prepare legal briefs. Requirements: JD Degree. A current license to practice law in the United States. 1+ year immigration experience preferred. Must be bilingual English / Spanish (Read and Write Fluently). Capacity to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in deadline-driven environment. Ability to work with ambiguous or unclear requirements, and drive to a successful resolution. Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Have the ability to work effectively with others and have great interpersonal skills. Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
