Attorney The candidate should have litigation experience. Will primarily litigate cases under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act against major car manufacturers. Must have strong writing and analytical skills, as well as strong client advocacy skills and a competitive desire to litigate. Responsibilities will include: Drafting and responding to discovery; Drafting motions; Court appearances; Vehicle inspections and surrenders; Taking and defending depositions; Eventually, trials and trial preparation. Should be good standing as an active member of the California Bar. 1-3 years experience as an attorney, preferably in consumer protection, lemon law and/or products liability. Detailed organization skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
