Paralegal The candidate will handle legal research and writing, including drafting answers to discovery requests and motions. Bachelor s degree or paralegal certificate preferred. 2+ years prior experience supporting trial attorneys in civil litigation is necessary. Must be: Able to demonstrate significant knowledge of Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure, prepare legal documents, answer discovery, and have trial experience. Experience with Trial Director, or similar trial software, and Practice Manager, or similar case management software, a plus. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively and professionally with attorneys, other legal assistants, clients, and outside state organizations.
