Associate Attorney Candidate will assist growing Professional License Defense Law and Administrative Law practice. 1-3 years' experience in practicing Texas Administrative Law and be currently licensed in the State of Texas. Must have 1-3 years of general litigation experience. A positive person AND a team player. At a minimum, competent and proficient in the use of Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, MS Word, and MS Outlook. If you are familiar with other legal software then that is a huge plus. We prefer Rockstar Attorneys who are not afraid of learning new things that will make their jobs easier. Able to multi-task and handle a good amount of client case files. Able to think on his or her feet and make smart decisions. Detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time. Able to talk to people in a manner that is compassionate, polite, educated, and puts clients at ease.
