Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and file preparation and organization. Complex calendar management and scheduling. Prepare correspondence including emails and various documents to both clients and attorneys. Support department attorney and paralegals. Qualifications: Honesty: This cannot be taught. We know you can work a typical eight-hour day. We are looking for a team member that can often fit nine hours of work into an eight-hour workday. Knowledgeable: We expect the members of our team to constantly be learning and to have a thorough knowledge of our business. Knowledge empowers people. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have 2-3 years of experience as a legal secretary preferred; be quick to learn our office systems; be proficient in Microsoft Office; type at least 60 wpm.
