Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include working on all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to conclusion. will be making Court Appearances; drafting Pleadings, Motions, Opposition Papers and Discovery Responses; as well as defending and conducting Depositions, 50-H hearings and EUO's and anything else related to personal injury litigation. Bar (Required). Must be punctual, dependable, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, be able to work independently and with supervising attorneys, pay close attention to detail, have pride in work product, should have the ability to meet strict deadlines and get along well with co-workers.
