Administrative Assistant/Paralegal The candidate support all aspects of civil litigations (case inception through trial and appeals) primarily in Federal Court. Experience with eDiscovery required; organize, asses, troubleshoot, manage and maintain all electronically stored information for cases, include document processing and production using document review platforms. Prepare pleading in accordance with all applicable rules and procedure for e-filing in federal district and appellate courts and at the PTAB. Perform various administrative tasks include calendar, file organization, print, scan, bind, and book travel. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Should have 1 year of eDiscovery experience. Should preferably have 2 years of Litigation experience. Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills including the ability to extract, manipulate, summarize and report on large quantities of data are required. Adobe and OneDrive skills are needed.
