Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have: College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent. 3+ years of paralegal experience. 3+ years of experience in the areas of product liability, general tort, insurance defense, and premises liability. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, as well as strong document management experience. Document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with drafting discovery and subpoenas a must. Should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills and possess pre-trial and trial experience. Highly skilled and proactive litigation paralegal. Perform high-quality billable work and expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy and confidentiality. Successful candidate will possess strong technical and database skills. Must have knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Must possess knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of e-Filing.
