Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should have deposition, discovery and trial preparation experience. Should preferably be comfortable working with limited supervision, and independently preparing legal documents, formulating arguments and strategies, and handling their own cases. A candidate with experience in Worker's Compensation subrogation is sought, as well as candidates that have experience with defending personal injury matters, employment discrimination cases, and handling general civil litigation. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
