Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will participate in all aspects of our immigration practice, including assisting in the management of and preparation of applications and supporting documents for family-based, employment-based, removal defense, and other immigration matters. Responsibilities include the analysis of case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding procedural and case processing issues. At least one (1) year of prior legal experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate must have some experience working with attorneys in immigration matters. Salary commensurate with experience.
