Patent Attorney The candidate should have a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a similarly related discipline. A law degree from an accredited university required. State Bar of California membership in good standing & USPTO registration. Must have 3+ years of Patent Prosecution experience in a law firm environment. Excellent academic qualifications and premium written and oral communication skills essential. Ability to work independently, interact well with clients and deliver accurate, timely results.
